To aid in tissue repair, the dahl is enriched with organic chicken bone broth, providing you with essential nutrients for a smooth healing process.

But here's where it gets exciting – the spices. Fill Your Cup have infused this dahl with their signature blend of single-origin Gewürzhaus spices: ginger, turmeric, garlic, and cardamom. Not only do these spices bring a burst of flavour to every spoonful, but they also offer a myriad of benefits with their warming properties, providing comfort and support to your immune system and helping you feel your best during this transformative time.

All you need to add from the pantry is 400ml coconut cream and lemon. We also suggest making some rice or quinoa to go with your dahl.
